Logs Regulation Act 2016.

Summary & Preamble:
This act imposes legislation on Secret Service Branch’s Trainers and the HR of the White House. This bill will ensure that the Promotion, Transfer and Training logs are used its full capacity. This bill will also describe the punishment for not logging promotions, transfers and training.

Commencement: The bill will commence on the day of its proclamation.

Legislative Body

Section I: Definitions
1. Trainers
1.1. 9iC+ staff of the Secret Service Branch of the White House
1.2. 7iC+ staff of the White House.
2. Logs
2.1. Sub-Forums of the ‘General’ and ‘Secret Service’ Forums on White House Forums.

Section II: Usage of Logs
1. Promotion Log
1.1.. Promotion Log is only to be used by 7iC+ staff of WH when they promoted a worker to a higher rank - SS   Cadet I-II and upwards.
2. Transfer Log
2.1. Transfer Log is only to be used by 7iC+ Staff when they have successfully transferred a worker of another agency to the White House
3. Training Log
3.1. Training Log is only to be used by 9iC+ workers of Secret Service Branch and 7iC+ staff of the White House whenever they go to train a new worker.

Section III:  Consequences for failure to log entries
1. A once-off warning from the HR
1.1. Failure of logging in entries after the warning will result in a strike. The strikes will continue to accumulate every time the worker fails to log the appropriate entry.
1.1.1. After 3 strikes, the person is to be fired or demoted depending.
1.1.2. Strikes are depending on the HR that is giving it if he or she deems appropriate.

Section IV: Provision
1. Repealing,
1.1. This act may not be repealed without the consent of the President and Vice-president.
2. Amending,
2.1. The President may amend Section III, Sub-Section 1 through Regulation via order
3. This Act should be added into the constitution.
