Outfit Regulation Bill 2016
Summary:
This act aims to ban certain clothing found inappropriate in the Retro White House and to consolidate the banned clothing in a public section on the forums.
Preamble:
An act to ensure that the Retro White House stays professional.
Commencement:
This Act will take effect upon the day of its proclamation.
Legislative Body
Section 1: Banned Clothing Regulations
Employees must be wearing smart clothing, suitable for the position. Practical but formal clothing is required at all times.
An appropriate jacket for the suit that is not neon or florescent coloured.
Appropriate smart, formal shoes that are not neon or florescent colours.
Acceptable trousers that are not neon or florescent coloured.
Accessories must suit the workplace, for example, enables associating with outfits aren't permitted.
Hats must remain suitable and are not to be neon or florescent coloured.
Formal clothing can be defined as anything vulgar or unprofessional that doesn't meet the standards of the Retro White House.
Clothing can be banned by;
Primary Legislation,
Presidential Regulation,
Clothing not banned in law is deemed permitted.
All members who hold an in-command of 1 to 5 may be entitled to wear any clothing they desire. If clothing is deemed as inappropriate the member may be forced to change.
All members who hold an in-command of 6 to 7 may be entitled to wear less professional clothing but must ensure clothing still meets a professional standard.
All members who hold an in-command of 8 to 9 and Low Ranks shall be permitted to wear professional clothing.
Section 2: New Forums Section
A new page will be created, entitled 'Banned Clothing'.
This page will be found under the topic ‘General’.
Section 3: Banned Outfits
The following items should be banned and are deemed inappropriate;
This list is to be displayed on the ‘Banned Clothing’ page as per Section 2: Subsection 1; Clause a of this Bill.
Denim shorts,
Tracksuit bottoms,
Fish tie,
Sports jacket,
Cave dweller hair;
Techno hair;
Chicken/duck hat;
Backwards cap;
Demonhood;
Skull hat;
Dinosaur hat;
LED hood;
Polka dot dress,
Hallowed leg plates,
Posh cumberband.
Candy headphones;
Circuit head;
Cloak of the damned;
Ripped up top;
Cave dweller shirt;
Pajama bottoms;
Strap trousers
Any outfit resembling bright neon colours that gives off an unpleasant and unprofessional vibe.
Section 4: Enforcement
Any user not biding by the this act can be striked as per Striking Regulations.
If he/she refuses, a warning with an x1 is to be awarded.
Warnings shall continue to an x3 if the user still refuses.
He/She can be fired until further notice after the 3rd set of warnings.
"Professional clothing" shall be determined by the Executive Office of the President corresponding to the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT 2016, Section 3, Clause 2.
"Inappropriate" shall be determined by the Executive Office of the President corresponding to the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT 2016, Section 3, Clause 2.
Section 5: Maintenance
The Forum Administrators will be responsible for the establishment of the banned clothing list;
They will be deemed responsible for updating this page and adding or omitting articles of clothing.
This updates shall be under the supervision of the concerned person in charge.
Section 6: Amendments
The act is open to amendments when and if;
A new clothing or attire is found to be vulgar or inappropriate.
The President, via order, may ban clothing through Regulation via order.
The Primary Legislation finds it offensive or vulgar in any manner.
Section 7: Provisions
This act should be designated to the Constitution after careful valuation.
May not be repealed without the exclusive consent of the Judiciary and the Executive Office Of the President.
Upon being amended, Section 6: Clause a, b, and c should be taken into account respectively.
