What's being debated:Executive Branch Prerequisites Bill, It is key importance for the Executive Branch to contain members which are capable and competent enough to successfully discharge duties in respect to the function of their position in the Executive Branch. Cabinet and EOP roles should not be easily obtained; such legislation imposes respective parameters upon such. There should be requirements that a member must meet in order to be considered a position in the Cabinet Branch; such legislation, if appropriated, shall enact such.
