Notes/Tips: I have advised the Federal Judge, LewisJamison to extensively read through the Judicial Handbook. He has many questions regarding the use of the courts, Objections and when such should occur. He is aware that the Handbook may differ from existing legislation and as such existing legislation MUST always be used as a priority over the handbook. However, in such initial stages of his progression, it's advised that he uses the Handbook for now and that any significant deviations between the guide and signed legislation shall, where necessary, be explained in relevant circumstances (until he gains further experience to interpret legislation).

Additional Comments: In response to this Mentoring Session, a Mock Trial was conducted. Such trial also contained significant teaching elements, by which I assisted Lewis through gradually explaining the procedures during the trial to re-enforce the information taught during the mentoring session.
