ItzJakeBro's Mock Trial Log
Username: ItzJakeBro
Date Of MT: 18/11/2016
Time the MT began: 9.00 PM BST
Case Number (Docket FC/SC-000): Federal Court docket (N/A)
Case Description: The Prosecution is sueing the Defendant for double jobbing.
Judge: LewisJamison
Prosecution Attorney: JazzKP
Plaintiff: Recodez
Defence Attorney: IIbby
Defendant: Hydroxed
Witness(s): iDicks
Jury members that attended:- Jcd
Verdict: Not Guilty.
Notes on MT:
Mock Trial was used to introduce the system of Federal Courts to LewisJamison. Such entailed the use of teaching the various formats and procedures followed within the court, including; witness statement explanations, opening statement explanations, authority administration explanations, lay-out of Federal Courts, etc.
Additional Comments:
The Judicial Handbook played a vital and key role in the administration of such Mock Trial. LewisJamison seemed to have learnt much and gained key guidance and information on how to improve. Jcd arrived mid-way through the trial.
Since the nature of the Trial was MOCK, such number quota on the Jury numbers did not need to adhere to the Judicial Act, since such was not official; was not possible under the circumstances anyway.
