I have received both permissions by the Speaker of the House (ItsAlessio) and the original author (Akakios/Brian) in order to edit and assure the debate paves way a clearer, more understandable pathway. Though, due to the ridiculously strict system, I have been told that I am NOT allowed to submit any external links, nor e-mails, for over a 7 day period, continuing onwards during the start of my sign-up with the website.

This bill has been moved to the Senate Graveyard by the past administration's Speaker of The House as most of the Senate have voted to not debate the bill.
