Orientation Training for Transfers Empty Orientation Training for Transfers

Post by Guest Thu Mar 24, 2016 2:08 am

Name of Bill: Orientation Training for Transfers
Name: SoxLulz
State: Oklahoma

In the following bill, I will be explaining the concept of Orientation Training for new Transfers. This would be a simple training session to get the new member up to speed with rules and commands within the WH. It makes it very confusing for a person who has just transferred from another agency if they do not know what is going on.

This bill will enable a newly transferred member to:
- Understand the rules and commands of the WH.
- Be able to respond to said commands.
- Avoid confusion when it comes to interpreting what the expectations of their role are.

As a newly transferred member of the WH myself, I have found it a difficult experience to interpret the commands and actions that follow; only finding out after asking around. This bill would propose that the person who interviews the member for transferral be the one to conduct this Orientation Training.

In concluding this bill, having Orientation Training for newly transferred members would allow them to start working efficiently from the beginning, and this efficiency would mean a larger amount of work being completed. This in turn, will allow the WH to continue to progress forward in a more efficient manner.
